These Terms & Conditions apply to naturalglowliving.com and GlowBedtime, operated by Natural Glow Living. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription. For questions, contact contact@naturalglowliving.com.
1. About Our Services
Natural Glow Living provides informational content, product recommendations, and digital resources. GlowBedtime generates personalized bedtime stories using artificial intelligence, based on the character name, companion, lesson, and language you select.
GlowBedtime is an entertainment and storytelling service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee improvements in sleep, behavior, or learning.
2. Adult Use and Account Responsibility
GlowBedtime accounts and subscriptions are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Parents and caregivers are responsible for operating the service and reviewing stories before sharing them with children.
Provide an email address you control and keep your account credentials secure. Do not use another person’s account without authorization. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Plans and Story Allowances
Our current GlowBedtime plans are:
- Free: $0, with 4 stories per monthly allowance period.
- Premium: $4.99 USD per month, with 15 stories per subscription billing period.
- Unlimited: $7.99 USD per month, with no monthly story-count limit for ordinary personal use.
The Free plan does not automatically become a paid subscription. Unlimited is a monthly subscription, not a lifetime purchase.
Your account displays your remaining allowance and renewal date. Free allowances renew on the account’s monthly renewal schedule; paid allowances follow the subscription billing period. Unused allowances do not accumulate or transfer to future periods and have no cash value.
Creating a new story uses one story from a limited plan’s allowance. Reading or downloading a story already generated does not create a new story. If a technical error causes an incorrect deduction, contact us so we can investigate.
4. Payments and Automatic Renewal
Premium and Unlimited renew automatically each month until canceled. By completing checkout for a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price shown at checkout and each subsequent monthly renewal until you cancel.
The checkout screen shows the selected plan, currency, recurring price, and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment. Paid access depends on a valid subscription and successful payment processing. A failed or overdue payment may affect access.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Do not send card numbers or security codes to us by email.
5. Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel automatic renewal through the Manage subscription button in GlowBedtime while signed in to an active paid account. This opens Stripe’s customer portal. Complete the cancellation steps and check the confirmation and subscription end date shown there.
Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next recurring charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until that period ends, subject to the remaining allowance and these terms.
If you cannot access the portal or complete cancellation, email contact@naturalglowliving.com from your account email address and request cancellation. You do not need to provide a reason.
Signing out, closing the browser, or stopping use of the service does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.
6. Billing Problems and Refund Requests
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already processed. For billing mistakes, duplicate charges, or a service problem, contact us with your account email, charge date, and a description of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other consumer right required by applicable law.
7. AI-Generated Stories
AI-generated stories may contain mistakes, unexpected wording, or content that is unsuitable for a particular child. Review each story before reading it to a child. Stories may resemble other generated content, and uniqueness is not guaranteed.
Use a fictional name or nickname for the protagonist. Do not submit a child’s full name, address, school, medical information, or other sensitive information.
You may read, print, and save stories for your personal or family use. The service does not guarantee exclusive rights or copyright protection for AI-generated content. Save a copy of a story you wish to keep; GlowBedtime does not currently provide a permanent account story library.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or exploitative purposes. Do not attempt to bypass story allowances, access other accounts, interfere with security, or use automated bulk requests to generate stories.
Unlimited access is intended for ordinary personal storytelling. It does not authorize automated bulk generation, resale of service access, or activity that disrupts the service. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend an account for a material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Availability and Changes
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, internet problems, or outages involving our providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific generation time.
We may update features, plans, or these terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription, including price changes, will be communicated before taking effect. Changes will not retroactively alter charges already agreed to. You may cancel before a future renewal if you do not wish to continue.
10. Website Content and External Services
Natural Glow Living’s articles and resources provide general information and do not replace professional advice. Product availability, prices, and third-party offers may change.
Some links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission on qualifying purchases. Purchases from Amazon, Payhip, or other external services are governed by the seller’s applicable purchase, delivery, and refund terms.
Our website branding, design, and original editorial content belong to Natural Glow Living or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, story details, payments, and other information are handled.
12. Consumer Rights and Contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
