Natural Glow Living operates naturalglowliving.com and GlowBedtime, our personalized bedtime story application. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to emails, or use GlowBedtime.

Information You Provide
We collect information you submit when you contact us, request a resource, subscribe to emails, or create a GlowBedtime account. This may include your name, email address, messages, and account authentication information.
For GlowBedtime, we process the protagonist name you enter, your selected companion, lesson, and story language. You can use a fictional name or nickname. Please do not enter a child’s full name, address, school, date of birth, medical information, or other sensitive details.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts, generate stories, track story allowances and renewal dates, process subscriptions, deliver requested resources and subscribed emails, respond to support requests, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems.
GlowBedtime and AI Story Generation
GlowBedtime sends your story details to our backend service, which uses the OpenAI API to generate a story. These details include the protagonist name, selected companion, lesson, and language.
The current story-generation flow displays the returned story in the application and does not create a permanent story library in your account. Save or download a story if you want to keep a copy. Copies you save on your device remain under your control.
This does not mean that information disappears immediately from every system. Infrastructure and AI providers may process or retain information under their applicable service terms, security practices, and retention policies.
Accounts and Payments
Supabase provides account authentication and database services for GlowBedtime. We maintain account identifiers, subscription information, and story-usage records to provide the service.
Stripe processes payments and manages subscription billing. Payment details entered in Stripe’s checkout or customer portal are handled by Stripe. Our application does not receive your full card number or card security code. We may receive customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, billing-period information, and limited payment-method details such as card brand and last four digits.
Canceling a subscription and requesting deletion of an account are separate actions. Contact us if you need help with either.
Service Providers
We use Hostinger for website hosting, Bolt for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI story generation, and Stripe for payment processing and subscription management. Providers supporting email delivery, website measurement, and security may also handle information for those purposes.

Cookies, Browser Storage, and Website Measurement
Our website and application may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, session management, security, and functionality. Website measurement services may process pages visited, device and browser information, referral sources, and interactions. Hosting and security systems may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage may affect sign-in and other features.
Emails and Contact Forms
When you request a resource or subscribe to emails, we use the information you provide to deliver the resource and communications described when you subscribe. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link. Necessary account, security, and billing messages may continue while you use the service.
Information submitted through contact forms or email is used to respond to your request and maintain relevant support records.
External Links and Embedded Content
Our website contains external links, including Amazon affiliate links and services such as Payhip. The destination’s privacy practices apply when you follow a link. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies to process purchases and attribute referrals.
Embedded content, such as videos, may allow the provider to receive technical information and use cookies or other tracking technologies when the content loads or you interact with it.
Children’s Information
GlowBedtime is intended to be operated by adult parents and caregivers who create stories for children. Children should not create accounts, enter payment information, or submit personal information directly.
Adults should use fictional names or nicknames for story characters and avoid submitting identifying or sensitive information about children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly, contact contact@naturalglowliving.com so we can investigate and address the information.
Retention and Privacy Requests
We retain account, subscription, usage, and support information as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Applicable law determines the rights and exceptions that apply.
Some information may need to remain in billing records, security records, or backups after a request. Providers may also retain information under their applicable obligations and policies.
Security and Processing Locations
We use access controls and authentication to help protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
